Has anyone see a Family member with the Good Trader trait? If I interpret the data file correctly you would need to build about 30 merchants buildings to reach the first level of this trait (80% chance to get 1 point towards it every time the settlement finishes a trade related building, 24 points needed to get level 1). That strikes me as a bit excessive.

Haven't seen any, even among my governors. I've seen GoodMiner and GoodFarmer though. And of course GoodTaxman.
Also no GoodAdministrator except the ones that start out with it.
None here. In my first campaign (french - long) I was aggravated by the amount of bad traits my leaders were picking up. During my second (Spanish - short) campaign I mostly left my generals out of the cities and especially out of the castles unless I needed to defend when outnumbered and wait on reinforcements. It is much to easy to pick up bad traits and much to difficult to pick up good ones.
