how can i reach the americas?

my boats wont go east after a certain distance.

Read the FAQ :book:

You need to have passed a certain number of years and gotten the World is Round event.

America is on the West. You need Carracks. (I think)

You need at least Carracks and the "World is Round" event to do so.
