A few Karthadast questions

First, great work with the faction, by far the best Carthage i've seen in any mod :2thumbsup:

As for the questions:
1. As i understand, there is some foreign reform that also affects Karthadast's troops? Am i right and if i am, which reforms are they?

2. Can they recruit armored elephants - i've only seen unarmored

3. Do the ''local'' recruitment buildings do anything - i have faction barracks in Iberia and it seems i can recruit all troops without any local barracks. Or is is just the case with Iberia?

1) Nope.
2) I don't believe the armored elephants are skinned yet.
3) Outside of Iberia the regional MICs should provide you with troops. Iberian recruitment in general is a bit screwed up in 0.80.

So far as I can tell from the ex_descr_buildings, armored elephants are still trainable. However both the unarmored and armored Bush Elephants are only recruitable in the provinces south of egypt. Unless you want to march all the way down there, set up a lvl2 govt, etc, you will have to stick with forest elephants (and then there is the problem of retraining these elephants :dizzy2: , impossible in a timely manner).

As far as regional mics: Balearic slingers and light infantry are only recruitable with a regional mic, as are iberian loricati scutarii. The loricati scutarii are only recruitable by a lvl4 regional mic, so you must have a type3 or 4 govt in an iberian province in order to get them. As far as I can tell, iberian recruitment is fine, at least from Karths standpoint.

Other than that, you already get all the other iberian units in your faction mics, as well as numidians and african pikemen and infantry. Regional mics anywhere in your home african provinces are usless, just in Baleares and iberia are they worth anything.
