hamachi is great for mp and it spares you all the hassle, connection problems and somehow autoresolved battles lamespy has to offer. only downside is the low number of people allowed in a network unless you have the registered version. i will check out your network!
It does seem like a solution for tournament matches where you cant really afford to lose the time of connection issues.
