descr_faction_standing question

I want to make more severe penalties for getting caught assassinating the Pope. Included in this is I want your faction standing to drop greatly for every non excommunicated catholic. Here is the code that I have currently in order to do so.

Will this work?

My concern is with the "not excommunicated" part. All other parts where the not excommunicated line is used uses it for the target or faction doing the event. I need it for the catholic factions (which aren't the target or faction).

No, that thing is a condition, not an effect. You can't use it in this way, but don't ask me how to do it, either ;)
