So wait, you've got a Danish Merchant (see: DEALER!) in Amsterdam, by the name of Toke? This is so inadvertantly full of marijuana innuendo it's hillarious.
I just can't help but laugh at it. I'm sorry; but to me, this beats out Moses by a landslide. What were they thinking? You know this had to happen eventually :P

As a Med student, that kind of thing isn't just illegal, it's grounds for expulsion and permant barring from ever becoming a proper doctor.

But to me Toke is just another name, so naturally I never thought about this. In fact one of the great viking heroes was named Palnertoke or Palnatoke (he was the leader of the Jomsvikings, and his name is derived from the fact that his father was named Palner/Palna, another great viking).
So to me Toke is in fact a powerful name if applied to that age.
But even looking at it from your perspective, I think the Parthian name of Arses beats this one by a number of lengths
