Crash problems

hey guys , can someone please help me , i just downloaded the Europa Barbarorum mod (8.0) ,,, installed went good ,,,, started it up and this comes up just before it crashes to the desktop ,,,

Generic Error

could not read file ' date/descr_stategy_lighting.txt'

ok so i make the big decision to try and sort it out , so i went looking for the file ,,couldn't find it in the EB so i got it in the oringinal rome total war "data" folder any way i copyed it and though it into the EB folder didn't work so i removed it again ,,,, then i removed it from the rome "data" to c if that was what the problem was did'nt work ,,,,, i have a fresh copy of the game 1.5 and btw 1.6

o this is what the descr_stategy_lighting.txt looks like

thats all thats in it ,,,, its probably somethin really stupid ,,,,any ideas
