How does one go about instigating a Jihad in MTW2? Do you have to ask the Caliph in Baghdad or something :laugh4: ! But seriously folks....How do you do it?
Once one of your Imam's reaches required level of piety (I believe it is level 5), he can call a Jihad. You join a Jihad the same way as you join a crusade
Select an Iman with high piety, which can be as little as 4 IIRC. Right-click him to get his info screen Notice the crescent in the lower left corner. If his piety is high enough and if it's been a while since the last crusade, click on the crescent. A list of cities will come up. Select one, and click the checkbox.
