Question about Officers

How do you decide which units get an officer and which don't.

I generally assumed that the more 'veteran' the unit the more likely it would be to get an officer in its ranks but there clearly are some exceptions to this.

For example, the Pezhetairoi have an officer but the Argyraspidai don't.

Is there some historical reason for this?

This problem will be corrected in 0.81, all high level hellenic units will show off with their officers and standards.
