Heroic Victory CTD, Reinforcements

Seleucia was besieging a city of mine, playing as Pahlava, Baktria allied with seleucia is also has a full stack army next to the city. I bring in a 3/4 stack army to attack Seleucia. My army in the besieged city also sallies and I have 2 armies against the army of Seleucia and an army of Baktria. The battle begins and I get a Heroic victory playing on battle level Hard and when I leave the battle guess what....CTD! Annoying, is this the reinforcements bug? I don't remember name of city if needed I will get.

The city was Hekatompylos in the year 248BC, also regarding other problems encountered are the CTD 2 to 3% of end turns.
