Which mod fixes Vanilla Best ?

I've been poking around multiple forums :dizzy2: trying to find a mod or a series of mods to fix the vanilla version without changing or adding too much so i thought i should also ask you guys for a list and post my own list so here goes:

Currently i am trying out:
- Medieval 2 TW Lite mod combines a lot of fixes (Lusteds great fixes ,ancil etc.) in a neat little package...
- Ultimate AI Mod also really put a smile on my face.

there are also a lot of other mods i've seen doing great stuff fixing and improoving vanilla but the reason i think the problem is that they seem to be so many and i dont know which is worth it.
