For a while now, I've been experiencing CTDs at random times in battle maps (heat problem with my comp, nothing for the EB squad to worry about) that required a reboot to get back into the game. I haven't seen many others talking about this (I found one post about it in a quick search), but if this happens to you, kill the rundll32.exe process in the Task Manager. It won't cure any recurrent CTDs, but it will let you get back into the game.
