Way To Increase Mouse Speed?

Just a small question here: Is there any way to increase the sensitivity of the mouse in the game? I use a touchpad mouse, and in the game the mouse seems to move much slower than it does normally. Can anyone provide any help in this regard? Thanks in advance ~:)

I had this problem. Which was annoying because Medieval: TW2 worked fine for me.

The solution is to let the computer autodetect the graphics options, and not touch them afterwords. And then it will be fine.

Annoying, because my computer is powerful enough to run oblivion twice without framerate lag...I guess the code in TW is just clunky, at least with newer systems.
