Carthage can't recruit any Lusotannan units in Oxtraca and Sucum-Murgi, in addition to the normal can't recruit normal iberian troops in Tyde, Pallantia, Vellika, and Numantia. Also Central/North Italian recruitment is still MIA, other then the celtic ones there. Carthage can also recruit Brihentin in gaul, before the first celtic reforms and also before the celts themselves can recruit them.
