We will not change any factions leading to Version 1.o.
Why?
1. We need a faction list so we can begin to mod it
2. Changing factions midway is disruptive
3. SHould there be a faction change in the future, we can still retain the units for the factions that are replaced in version. 1.0
4. Faction list is revised after the first version.
