it sucks bigtime. Fpr the moment, Im stuck in the house, im weak all over...constant sinus headache...when I blow my nose it feel like sombody is trying to yank out my eyes...nose drippin all over the place... I have to breathe out of mouth...Gah worthy.:gah2:

I have a bit of a cold myself, though it isn't nearly as bad. Just try and ignore it. It'll disperse eventually. :yes:
I finally got my my sinuses to clear up wth my good old friend hot tea...but that wont last long...
Go to the Beach for a bit of surf, I went to the beach and cleared my nose. You dont want to know what happened after but put it this way, it was like a truckload of honey.

Aulus' Simple Guide on how to make a resonably good cold cure:
Works every time. As for the headache:
- Boil the kettle and pour the water into a cup till it is three quarters full.
- Fill the cup up to the highest it can go, without a two larger risk of spilling, with squeezed lemon juice.
- Add two tea spoons of honey and stir for thirty seconds.
- Allow it to cool till it is just right for drinking and then drink it.
Of course you could, more simply, just take a refined asprin rather than chewing on the crude sort of asprin found in a willow tree :grin:
- Go out and find the nearest willow tree.
- Cut off a peice of the bark and take it home.
- Wash the bark, cut it into little peices and then chew it.

I would prefer to relax on the sofa with a good DVD when I am suffering from a cold, not go running round the town. Sadly I have to go one worse: I have to go to work when I'm feeling under the weather, the only excuse for me to escape my job is death :grin:

It sometimes happens to me, but nothing serious.
Feelin a little better...headache went away...but I am forced to blow my nose evry 10 minutes, so its about as raw as cow still chewing grass...:sweatdrop: ...just move the drop to the middle of the smilees face, and it would be more apropriate. Thanks for the tips...
Stick with a cold, don't exchange it for Giardia. Not fun in the slightest.

Yaay! I am better now. I feel alot stronger today, and my nose has stopped dripping. Its still a little congested, but Itll go away soon.
