Is there any game that compares?
To the TW series?
And most important the BATTLES of the TW series?
Look around you, dont we live in the world of dumbed down, basebuilding, shortcut/build order memorising pathetic clickfests?
Where is a game that allows us to have cinematic FPS camera controls to view the charge of 6k men?
Once you start comparing M2TW to the competition then you appreceate its greatness....
Re: Is there any game that compares?
It's like a perfectly baked souffle, nothing else compares, and that's why it's that much more aggravating to have to pick flies out of it. :laugh4:
Trust me, if this were any other game, a lot of us would have just dropped it instead of pushing CA/Sega for fixes. Don't forget, pretty much everyone here loves this game. It just hasn't achieved it's potential yet... it's not quite complete. Yet.

But isnt it interesting how this game shines when you even try to look for the competition?
Also when people say that modders should be the ones fixing the game, now just think about it:
If you complain on these forums that means that you have access to the internet thus access to the mods...so your problem is fixed.
If you dont have access to the net then you cant complain...
Last CA knows that it has the monopoly they know that you WONT buy anything lese because there isnt anything like the TW series.
Re: Is there any game that compares?
I love the game myself. I get a rush everytime I see my troops clash against another army.
But then a bug happens and my cavalry totally ignore my orders or the fact that I can't use 2handers and all of this gets pretty annoying real fast. I just wish CA had fixed the friggin problems.
