I have read all about how you can change the amount of time that passes each turn, as well as building times, etc to keep the game balanced. But is there a way that you can simply change how the family members and generals age each turn? I am not much of a modder but if there is a simple way to do this can somebody tell me?

I have been able to change the starting ages of the of all STARTING generals besides the faction leader. After the game starts though, I have not found a way to change the ages of upcoming generals.
You can change the age, traits, starting rank etc...etc in the desc_stat file. You can not change the age of the faction leader though.....crashes the game for me.
