Looking for Mod

Does anybody know of a mod that changes it so turns last 1yr but also takes care of the buildings, missions, and the events so that it stays balanced?

Simply put - none that i know of.

If balance is really that important to you, you could always play the perfectly balanced default campaign (and extend the timelimit if that's what worries you)
