I remember from my brief stint with R:TW that there was a file that had all the movement penalties associated with different terrain types on the battle map. I used this to reduce overall movement speed (I changed grass from 1.0 into .8, etc).
Is there something similar in M2:TW? I looked around, and couldn't find anything.
