The same thing happened to me in my romani campaign.
Especially annoying when they block mountain passes and I can´t move my troops in Italy.
Maybe they somehow have a strange plan to attack epeiros from behind and forgot that there is water?
Or it´s a wicked stragegy to overwhelm my garrison forces when I´m off guard:no:
First of all, KH has a script in which Greek colonies, much like Tarantas, (the Greek colony the Hepirotai are at (in lower end of Italy)), if/when they revolt they revert to the "return to motherland" status. Same thing can conceivably happen in Massilia, Emporion in spain, Olbia in black sea and the coastal side of Pontos.
I suspect something like that happened. Not sure though!
