A problem with *Roman Italian Medium Cavalry*....i cannot recruit them in Arretium even with the highest Barracks.
I can still recruit them in Roma,Capua,Arpi and Arminium...but in Arretium they are not in the Unit Bar.
Maybe a bug in Unit affability for the City?
