Provincial campaign and battle time

I’ve been creating my own provincial campaign but i can’t seem to remove the battle time limiter.

I tried the old trick when in game; “Alt-Tab (in the preference folder), NO_CAMPAIGN_BATTLE_TIME_LIMIT:TRUE”
But that doesn’t work either.

So is there any way to remove the time limiter in provincial campaigns?

I thought it showed up in game options on the strat map?

Unbelievable.
I’ve been trying al kind of wicked mods and voodoo to get this fixed.
Seems that again, i failed to look at the most obvious solution.
