If it is not to trouble, can someone help me sort out a map problem? I have the map, and I just want 2 provinces to test it out. But it doesn't work. So my request is that someone please take the map, look at it and try to find the problem, and then send it back to me. If it is not to much of a problem.

and post the link here, remember to include the regions and settlements file from data/text.
Please also say exactly what version (game and patch no.) you are trying to run map under, and if it is vanilla or has other modifications other than map.
Also when you post any problem here and say something 'doesn't work' please specify;
- do you have -show_err on your shortcut? (if you don't you should)
- does show_err give you a message - if so what?
- do you get kicked back to menu screen or crash to desktop?
- if CTD when does it occur? - as soon as you select faction and try and start? or do you get to end of campaign loading bar? or at other time? if so, please describe...
If you explain those points more fully people may be able to assist you without having to look at the map.
Ok, I cannot upload it now though because I cannot access my other comp. It is for BI 1.6, and I am probably running it with -show_err, but I cannot remember offhand. It is a provincial campaign. I will put more details later.

To stop anyone looking at campaign unnecessarily, thought I'd say that I think Meghas Alexandros's problem has been fixed elsewhere.

Thanks to makanyane, the map loaded, but now there is another problem. When I go to check the region nirth of greece, like the getae regions, it ctds, with no error message. So any help would be appreciated.

The first link has all the files.
While the second one has two corrected files, so use them instead of the ones in the first one.
I think that's same files as I last tried, it doesn't CTD for me but I did just get one instance of an odd graphical glitch looking at that area again. Sort of odd colouring on campaign map above diagonal line from that approx area. I have come across similar problem before when having either too few large regions (which would be your case) or too many small regions placed together. My computer seems quite tolerant of problem so I tend just to get slightly odd graphics display if any problem whereas others may get crash.
Recommendation unless anyone else thinks of anything is to try upping number of regions to at least 6 or so and spreading them evenly about to see if that helps.
Oh and judging from your TWC sig, if you're trying this under -mod for alexander I think there may be more problems on that re regions size / number than RTW / BI, I think wlesmana had some strange issues with it.
I will add more regions definitaly. And I doubt i will make it for Alexander now, its just too complicated. Everything is so wierd. A bi version will come out though.
