yay its snowing in Coventry but it will be slush tomorrow

Exact same thing happened here. Snow to slush.

No snow in Lichfield yet, although it feels cold enough fot it, surprised as we're reasonably close to Cov.

*Update* Just went outside for a piss and it's just started to snow. Result! It'll stay on the ground for all of five minutes, I'm sure.

It snowed in my remote rural part of Britain last night, not very hard and not very deep, but if it gives me an excuse to have a day of work....

I'm acutely aware of it, as the fire alarm went off in my halls at 4.30 this morning, and I had to go outside while it was coming down.

It has mostly disappeared here and the sun is shining brightly. Only the lonely patches exist in the shade of a few trees. It will melt this after noon, however, as the glorious sun catches it.

We mailed you snow for Christmas.

we had a little ice storm and they showed a map on the news and every county within 100 miles of mine had the school closed, except mine. I had to go to school when dozens of surrounding counties did not. It's bullcrap I tell you. I think i am going to become a rebel of our school system.

We got about an inch today in University Park, PA (AKA in the middle of the mountains). I'm surprised we haven't gotten more.

26th of December was the only day with snow in Bucharest...

It started snowing here on Tuesday. At first it didn't look as though it would settle, but then it suddenly got colder and the snow was coming down in thick flakes, like feathers. By Tuesday evening snow was everywhere. Now everything is covered in ice and snow, and we even had a snowball fight in class. Fortunately, we were able to plam the teacher off with a story that the windows were open and the wind had blown all the snow over the walls and desks. However, they say that it's going to get warmer tomorrow, so the snow may melt soon.

Dammit, and Í'm coming on the 4th to Switz... :(

Here in Illinios (im visitin family) we have a bunch of snow, and its not leaving (hurray!!!!)
