Need help with proxy

Greetings people,

I need some :help: getting some anonymous proxy / IP. I've got problems trying to download files from some sites claiming that my IP is 'limited' or sometimes even disallowed at all when in fact, I've never even tried to download the file before. Sometimes, I also need it when viewing sites that 'redirect' me to region-based website based on my IP. If anyone knows good website or software which give list of anonymous proxy for free, I'll thank you for it :grin:

What I meant is some sort of software that will help me changed or masked the IP or website that list anonymous proxy. I'm sure I have seen those
