Hi, I'm new at modding. Anyway, I have a version of 3DS max 8.0 and The Gimp 2.0. For some reason, I can't open up any skeletons in 3ds. I used Vercingetex's IDX extractor, I set up the CAS extractor, I unpacked all textures to DDS, etc. What am I doing wrong?
