New mini-game, sign-up phase

This game resembles mafia in some respects, but it's not mafia themed, and differs at some points. I've worked out most but not all of it, and I hope I can start the game this weekend.
I hope to get 12 players (wich is the max). If I can't get at least 9 players, I'm afraid the game just won't work as it's supposed to.
