In my current Scots campaign, its 1534 AD. In the faction scroll its told me there are 0 turns remaining for a couple of turns now. Is this a bug? I was really looking forward to seeing the victory video, as I was the leading faction.

Unless you change it manually or with medmanager, yes.
Could I have done either of those things by mistake? I want my victory video,:wall:
You need to meet the victory requirements for the victory video. If you reach the end of the campaign without meeting the requirements, you basically lost
I have a small question related to the end of a Campaign. I have no hopes of completing my objectives in the time left, and I'm wondering, can I still unlock nations after the campaign has ended?
Unlikely.
But Eliminating them all should work.
It is right, when you fail the objective in time, you unly unlock those nations whome you have destroyed :smash:
No, my question was can I STILL unlock them BY DESTROYING them after its ended? Sorry I know it was badly worded.

That won't work if you've allready started a campaign, and his question wasn't anything to do with that anyway.
He's got no way of completing the Long campaign objectives before 1530, and therefore want's to know if eliminating a faction after the end date will make it avalibile to play in future campaigns. I don't honestly know the anwser, does anyone else?

The poster you where trying to anwser has allready been anwsered BTW, as i understand it you get the victory video as soon as you meet the objectives, if you don't meet them by 1530 then you can play on but you've faled in effect.

I was in the same boat myself. The first campaign I played was the Spanish grand campaign Vh/Vh and it became evident I wasn't going to win in time. Since I wanted to unlock all the factions, I started a Spanish short campaign. The conditions of the short campaign are much easier to accomplish and still counts toward unlocking all factions.Quote:

This has nothing to do with the language, you have a game which has an AI engine and it reads from the facts that are stored in script files to decide on what action to take according to what fact. Unless the game has bugs, you have to look at the facts themselves, even if you already have started a campaign, for the sake of new campaigns

@Kraggenmor: Thanks for getting this back on topic, I've never played any campaign for more than about 80 turns before getting bored, 60 is more normal, thus I'm clueless...

A.) The word 'English' as it refers to the nation or the language is captialized in proper use. Just as Spanish, French, Italian, et al. would be.
B.) Your first four words formed a sentence and should have ended with period. The comma and 'because' are unnecessary.
C.) the second 'i' should have been capitalized and you completely left out any verb like 'have' or 'had'.
I won't even bother going into the obvious and pathetic irony of your throwing accusations of 'racist' around after being the first to make comments of a racist variety in this thread. I could probably cite at least one error in every single post in this thread, including this one. I've been careful to consider what I'm doing, but even so I'm sure something has gone unnoticed even in this post. I say less bickering, and more useful discussion.
