I saw this on the way to work this morning, and it gave me a good laugh, so thought I'd "share with the group" .... As we all know, the Driver & Vehicle Licensing Authority go to great pains to avoid potentially offensive registration plates being issued, just as drivers go to great pains to make their plates "say" something. It took a couple of seconds, but I finally figured it out:
