Doctors

I saw someone with one once. How does one get a doctor as a retinue?

Prolly from a hospital. I seem to recall at least one of the factions has a faction-specific hospital building, seems likely the doctors come from there.

Eqypt, Turkey, and the Moors get the hospitals. If foggy memory serves, Universities provide a chance for doctors as well.

Biampists and Alchemy Schools give them in vanillia.

Ah, gotcha.

You need one of these guys if you don't have one. In a battle I had, a unit that was only 28/120 men left after being charged by knights was healed back up to 110/120. Never seen recovery rate like that before.
