Hi guys, hope someone can help. I'm trying to edit pages for a website, and I've done so, but having saved the edited pages and uploaded them, there are no changes displayed when you view it online, even though when you preview them within the admin bit of the host, the changes are shown. So have I missed something, or what am I doing wrong? I don't know much about websites at all, so any help very much appreciated!
Sorry if this is a bit obvious, but have you tried clearing your browser cache, as it's possible you're still viewing the old version of the page stored there?
Thanks, no I cleared that to make sure and tried different browsers (I don't know if that makes any difference, but I tried anyway) and nothing, so it's a bit frustrating really.
Delete the old versions of the page?
I did that and ensured that the new versions had exactly the same names as the old ones that worked. From what you're saying it'd seem like this should work automatically then- can't think what I'm missing.Quote:
