Kleruchoi phalangitai compared to Pezhetairoi

I experimented a bit with process_cq in order to see how unit recruitment is for different factions in .81. I noticed that the Ptolemids at least can recruit both Kleruchoi Phalangitai and Pezhetairoi at their capital, but the only difference between them is that Kleruchoi are cheaper to recruit and maintain. Earlier it had been stated that Kleruchoi pikemen are supposed to be inferior to their Pezhetairoi counterparts, owing to inferior equipment and less training. Surely the current state of things is unintended?

The only thing you'll notice is that the Klerouchioi are somewhat limitted available. And indeed it's weird that they still have the same primary attack & defense stat totals... I guess the team overlooked this one. :inquisitive:
