No recruitment in Dalminion?

I've just conquered Dalminion as the Romans... I've built a type two government and that 'support through local levies' building, but i can only recruit diplomats and spies... The next level of 'support through local levies' doesn't allow me to recruit anything either, and i can't build a proper barracks there... Am i doing something wrong or is this simply something that has not yet been finished.. Like Sparta not being able to recruit anything but skirmishers in the last version or some such?

I think the team mentioned elsewhere that Illyrioi Hippeis (sp) are supposed to be recruitable there for anyone.

Hmm... Maybe when i advance to the next reforms then? I don't know... I demolished the government and built a type 3 to see if that made a difference but still nothing can be recruited.

Build a type 4 and level 5 region MIC. Certainly SOMETHING should be recruitable there by then.

Government buildings no longer affect the recruitment itself. It only determines how far you can upgrade a MIC, factional or regional.

To see if you can recruit any units, save your game, and start cheating:
first use "add_money XXXXX"
Then put the next regional MIC in the construction que, then use "process_cq settlement name"
The latter will instantaneously finish any buildings in the construction que.

Use this when you have a type4 gov'ment to maximise the regional MIC. If it turns out you can recruit Illyrioi Hippeis or something else, you can reload your game and you'll know that upgrading the MIC isn't pointless.

Illyrian recruitment still stinks guys. We have more changes on the table, but it's been a dead zone for some factions for a while. The reason is that some Illyrian units share models with another unit - we will make this better, but it's just not very good at all right now. We know about the problem and will fix it if we still have skinners and modellers who will help us.

What about Epirote, Greek and Macedonian recruitment? Will i be able to recruit stuff from there when i go a conquering?
