What is the unique building near Garama?

Out in the desert a strange circle of stones stand, like those ancient monuments in accounts of the barbarous lands of the far north. Not sunken in a land ruled by mists and rain but here set amongst the drifting sands...

But no unique building is visible in the town. I haven't destroyed it, and I'm sure the AI never destroys buildings. What's supposed to be there?

I considered putting this in the bugs section, but don't think it's a major issue. I'm just curious.

It should one day represent the Garamante royal cemeteries unique building that is not yet in official EB, only in my minimod.
