Ok bribing cities in MTW2 is near impossible but the ai has bribed my city of Antioch twice when I only had a "sacrifice" unit in it. The city went to the ai but with no troops, then I walked straight back in. Result the ai did its $ badly and I got a chance to sack the city. Which I repeated the next turn. quite funny at first .
Perhaps the ai should get a few units when a city is bribed. I guess another minor exploit.
