Game Crashes at Tutorial

Good afternoon from Canada!!! I hope this finds you and yours well.

:help: I just acquired the Total War War Chest today my computer games shop. Could one of you kind souls help me with the above problem for when I go for this option it keeps crashing to the desktop!!!:furious3:

Is there a patch that will stop it from doing this? I don't want to go into this game totally blind!!! Yet, I could, if it plays anything like Medieval II.

It's probably your video card, MTW is really picky about which one it's using. I can't really give advice, as I know little in this area, but either update your card, roll it back, or buy a new one (In that order). I can't give anything more specific then that unless you post what your Vid Card is, and your probably get more help from someone else.

This is the campaign map CTD problem.
