Some Questions about EB+BI

I have just bought BI so I followed Cheextas guide in this thread https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=74213
And I wonder why I cant managed towns manual anymore and why I cant choose unlimit time on the battlefield??..

Don't worry, you can Birka Viking! All you have to do is go into your ...\Rome - Total War\EB\data\world\map\campaign and change the file name of the "imperial_campaign" folder to "barbarian_invasion". If it works then, hopefully, that should enable you to play the campaign as a main campaign, which usually allows full starting settings to be chosen, rather than a provincial campaign, which, sadly, seems to not allow full setting options to be chosen before the game's start. You can't change those options from the provinicial campaign option in BI (the only way to run EB in BI).

you should be able to change the options from the ingame menu's while playing the game.

I use BI and run it through the EB main campaign button. I installed like this:

Ok thanks man I shall try that... Is it only you who have test this out or is more BI players who have tested this??. Iam little worried becouse I dont want to destroy anything. becouse I have hardly played patch.81 becouse of trouble of uninstalling my old rtw game. But my gold edition came today and efter that I could play again lol..:balloon2:

Ok thanks Oleo I shall try that:balloon2: . I tested a Sweboz campagn before I change anything and noticed that I can only run manual on towns who has a general in, otherwise is it inpossible to do it.LOL

You can change your unlimited battle timer and manage all settlement settings under game options in the campiagn map of your game. Just hit esc. then go to game options.

You can always just untick the "autobuild" and "autorecruit" boxes in each individual settlement when it has no governor and build whatever you like.
