Persistent CTD on Sauromatae AI turn

OK. I'm having a persistent CTD on my AI Sauromatae turn. I'm playing Sabyn in this campaign. I turned the FOW off to try to find out what the problem is and it seems to have to do with one of the Sauromatae stacks moving into some territory.
I had this problem earlier but somehow got around it by not activating the script for the turn. A couple of turns later it's back.
I think it has to do with the Sauromatae stack trying to move north into some Eleutheroi territory.
