Modders:Orthodox patriarch

I swear I read somewhere on the boards that there was a tga in the folders for a patriarch for orthodox factions. looking down the road away in the development of mods is it possible to somehow create a modicum of the catholic religous/pope sub game into orthodox factions?

I am not a modder and i am not educated on what can and cant be done with MTW2. Thus the question, I know at start we only have 2 Orthodox factions but if the religion sub game (IE papal relations, Papal commands) can be added in for a future mod that would be pretty dam cool.
