Mine error in Getai City

The city to the northwest of the Getai capital doesn't seem to factor in its mine income. I know that at this time the income doesnt match that which is said in the description due to various factors, but it doesnt seem to be boosted at all.

At the current point in my Getai campaign, I have 6 provinces under my control. The city to the northwest, S-something I believe... the one with the holy mountain, brings in an amount of 300-400 gold. I just built mines in Byzantium and that province is bringing in 900ish gold. I dont have any large armies so its not the upkeep, I just think the mine isnt active.

Mine income is dependent on how many mine resources are in the province and so will vary by province. Byzantium is particularly rich land and has a much larger income from mining than other provinces.

so that mine is pretty much beat? I was just basing the income by other mines I had in other campaigns
In a previous romani campaign I generally always pulled in around 1k from a mine and I just thought this was a little bit of a tease without the pay off
