error playing campaign mode and campaign tutorial

is there annybody who can elp me out with the problems i have playing these modes while if i start the other modes they work im using a laptop acer 5630 intel core 2duo processor t5500 greetz hear ya soon :help:

May I ask which Total War game you are playing?

I think omanes he is referring to M2TW

Have you updated your videocard drivers? also M2 doesnt work very well on some laptops

Yup. The game crashes frequently on my girlfriend's computer, and she's supposed to meet the requirement. Looks like this I could do the battle tutorial, but not the campaign. 1 times out ouf 2 or 3, the game crashed when I zoom the map.
