...do not seem to go together. I'm pretty sure it's not intentional the Hai are the exact one faction that can't build even the most basic health buildings (sewers/baths), and hence not any of the medical buildings either.
...okay, unless the Saba are included under some other faction in the export_descr_building.txt (which I'm pretty certain they're not, as they're distinct in other entries), they can't either. Surely they should have at least placeholders ?
The Sabean building list remains incomplete, however building the advanded versions of the temple of Almagah brings a public health bonus of 10 % or 15 % for the Sabyn as I recall.
No idea if Hai have anything similar though.
*shrug* Took me about fifteen minutes to make the alterations to the building ownership lines and copy-paste suitable description bits from other factions' equivalent buildings for placeholders so it's not exactly a big deal, but it does look like a bit of an oversight.
...now I wonder if the Saba don't have some sort of "faction leader" trait thingy and bonuses like the rest of the factions do. Didn't seem like they did when I started a campaign with them to test something, and I for one have no idea how to edit them to have the usual Law/troopmorale/Influence/personalsecurity deal...
Yeh, someone talked to me about this awhile ago. They shouldve got access, but I can't remember what was said. My fault, I should have chased up after that one. They should get sewers, and that they dont is certainly a bug.
