combining conflicting mods help plz....

Right now i am playing with the 'UltimateAI 1.3' mod and 'Heraldry 2.1' mod, as they change the campaign dynamics but want to incorporate DarthsMod the 'Lite Version 1.3D' battle dynamics into the mix, but want to preserve the UltimateAI setup as much as possible as i think they got it down pretty tight.

So if someone would be nice enough to point out which files I do and dont need (from the darth mod) to incorporate into my mod would be great or if anyone has any compromises I could make would be great.
