Here's the Fix for the missing Multiplayer Menu option that
prevents people with the Gold edition of Shogun: Total War
to connect to the Multiplayer fakeserver.

The zip file contains two files:
changes.txt has to be copied into your "loc" folder.
The second, Internet.cfg contains the connection details to the fakeserver.Copy it into the main game folder.
