Simply type in, as an example, [url=https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/index.php][img]https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/images/sdojo/sd1.jpg[/img] and your image will be linked as shown:
https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/images/sdojo/sd1.jpg
BTW, https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/index.php is the linked site, while https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/images/sdojo/sd1.jpg is the image.
