Speed of Peltastai and Hippodrome

As of now, Peltastai have the same speed as Thureophoroi, even though the description states that they are 'very speedy', just asking if the similar speed is intended or not.

Also, Hippodrome does not seem to allow races to be held; there are no yearly, monthly, daily, races option in the settlement menu, so is that a bug?

The peltastai have good stamina so unlike the thureophoroi they can run around a while before tiring. This is especially noticable in hilly terrain.
