Something driving me crazy :(

I am alongside some other factions also playing The papal states ( i use MTW2_Regnum_Dei_All_Factions_v1.7.7) and all is good exept one thing:

I am unable to produce the papal guard...
I mean i got 1 unit of them in the beggining, but there is still no option to recruite them :dizzy2:
I eaven used add_population and process_cq on 1 castle and 1 city to max them...
but still no papal guard!!!!!!!!!!!!

what can i do?
or is it something wrong with the mod or my game or what???

they only appear in minor to large cities. if the city grows to huge you cant recruit them anymore only the swiss guard.

Is that a design oversight? It doesn't look to me like there's any reason the game should do this...
