Those wooden watchtowers are only ok early in the game. When wooden castles get replaced by stone castles and fortresses, the watchtowers don't fit in anymore.
Western factions should at least get stone towers, similar to the Muslim ones. Or better, we could have towers that evolve accordingly to the level of the territory's castle or city.
We should also be able to destroy towers that we own.
