Well as much as Im extremely annoyed at the lack of patch 1.2 (officially) and at CA Id bet money that they are not lazy.

Lazy? I don't believe so. Significantly under-performing? Yes, I thank that would be fair to say.
Honestly, any business with slackers at the helm wouldn't last very long.
My guess would be that they are experiencing management problems. Whether they know it or not thats a different story.
